Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Shenzhen Xiaomai Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ("TKBADA", "we", "us") processes information for this website, our merchant services and our TikTok for Business API gateway. The gateway provides merchant clients with account registration, TikTok account connections, API keys and call history.
Seller authorization
TikTok account access is established through TikTok's official OAuth flow. Available operations depend on the permissions approved for our application, the authorization granted by the account user and access to the requested assets. Disconnecting a connection in TKBADA stops the gateway from using it. You can separately revoke authorization through TikTok; disconnecting in TKBADA does not itself revoke the token at TikTok.
Information we process
- Account information: your email address, company name, password hash, email verification records and session information.
- Connection information: granted authorization scopes, advertiser IDs and names, and encrypted TikTok access tokens.
- Gateway activity: the request method and API path, advertiser ID when supplied, response status and error code, duration and time. API request and response contents are processed in memory during forwarding; call logs retain metadata, not full payloads. Depending on the approved operation and client instructions, payloads may include advertising and commerce assets, creator or comment data, audience matching identifiers, lead contact details and form answers, conversion events, or authorized payment-portfolio information. The permission use guide describes intended workflows and their data boundaries; inclusion does not mean a workflow is approved or already integrated.

How we use information
- To register and authenticate accounts, deliver verification emails and manage account sessions.
- To route client-requested TikTok API operations using the relevant connection and display connection and call information in the console.
- To support our merchant services, troubleshoot gateway activity and respond to inquiries.
Read and write operations follow the client's instructions and TikTok's granted permissions. Clients should submit only the data needed for their requested operation and ensure they have the necessary collection, advertising-use, content and asset permissions. Event and audience inputs must meet TikTok's current requirements and exclude prohibited sensitive data.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent TikTok data. Gateway requests are sent to TikTok to execute the client's requested operation, and responses are returned to the calling client. Service providers may process account or contact information on our behalf, such as for verification email delivery. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Security
- TikTok access tokens are encrypted at rest; TKBADA API keys and account passwords are stored as hashes.
- The gateway authenticates API keys and checks advertiser IDs supplied in requests against the caller's active connections.
- Per-key rate limits apply to gateway requests. Call history retains operational metadata for account visibility and troubleshooting.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information, connection records and call metadata to operate accounts, manage authorizations and support troubleshooting, subject to applicable legal and TikTok platform requirements. Disconnecting a connection stops its use by the gateway but does not automatically delete its stored record. Contact us to request deletion of account or connection information; we review the request and any applicable retention requirements before acting.
Your rights
Merchants and individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by emailing contact@tkbada.com. We may need to verify the requester's identity and authority to act on the account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
